What is a Birdstone?

 

Birdstones were hand crafted by prehistoric North American artisans, and are considered some of the highest artistic achievements of those ancient people. These small but magnificent objects were highly prized by those who created them and those who possessed them, given the aesthetic eye, technical skill, and time required to create them.

 

 

Why did we choose it?

 

These concepts inspired us to find and present for sale unique handcrafted collections of wearable art that exemplify the art and passion of their creators, and the pride and satisfaction of ownership. Because we have always loved birds, and find beautiful gardens to be soothing and wonderful places to spend time, Birdstone Gardens seemed to be a natural creation for our business.
